Welcome to our Membership Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

To become a member, you must make a purchase of RM200 or more at any of our Greenology physical stores.  Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Membership Benefits:

As a member, you are entitled to the following benefits: 

   a. Welcome Gift: Upon joining, you will receive a special welcome gift as a token of our appreciation.

   b. Gift of the Month: For every purchase above RM200, you will receive a monthly gift. Each month, we will reveal a different gift, adding an element of surprise and excitement.

   c. Birthday Discount: Enjoy a one-time special 5% discount during your birthday month without a minimum spend requirement.

3. Membership Validity:

To maintain an active membership, you must make at least one transaction in-store every year. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your membership and loss of accumulated rewards.

4. In-store and Online Programs:

Please note that our In-store Membership Program and online rewards program are separate entities. Rewards, benefits, and terms may vary between the two programs.

   a. In-store Program: The benefits and rewards earned through the In-store Membership Program are applicable only for in-store purchases at Greenology Outlets.

   b. Online Program: We also offer an online rewards program. To learn more and join our online program, please visit HERE.

5. Reward Redemption:

a. Rewards earned through the In-store Membership Program can only be redeemed in-store and cannot be used for online purchases.

b. Rewards are not transferable and can only be used by the member to whom they were issued.

c. Rewards may have specific terms and conditions for redemption. Please refer to individual reward details for more information.

6. Membership Updates and Communication:

By joining our Membership Program, you agree to receive communications from us, including program updates, promotions, and exclusive offers. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by contacting our customer support.

7. Modification and Termination:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program, its benefits, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of program termination, any remaining rewards or benefits will be forfeited.

8. Personal Information:

9. Compliance:
